The house

The apartment is 80 m² and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large rainforest shower, twin wash basins and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with a combined shower and bath, WC and washer/dryer. There is also an additional guest WC. The living room has a sofa, flat-screen cable TV and a large dining table. The open-plan galley kitchen has a four-burner cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The apartment has a large south-facing patio with outdoor furniture and views of the Streif, two TVs, satellite TV, central heating and free Wi-Fi. One outdoor parking space is provided; additional cars can be parked free at Pfarrau parking area, approximately 100 m away. A free ski bus stop is 100 m from the apartment and connects to the Hahnenkamm and Horn gondolas. The centre of Kitzbühel is described as a 7-minute walk away. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €120 per booking, and a refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold.
