House rules
No smoking. No pets allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:45 every day, and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold. Cot/crib: €15 per booking. Bed linen: €10 per person. Towels: €10 per person. Final cleaning: €120 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
The centre of Kitzbühel is described as a 7-minute walk away. The free ski bus stop is 100 m from the apartment and connects to the Hahnenkamm and Horn gondolas. The KitzSki Hahnenkamm gondola is listed at 1 km, and Pfarrau parking area is approximately 100 m away. One outdoor parking space is provided at the building; additional cars may use the Pfarrau parking area.
