The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and Molaflex mattress, and one bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning serves all bedrooms and living rooms. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a high-definition Smart TV, a safe, an iron and a hair dryer.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Washing machines and dryers are in a shared laundry room. The complex has a lift and a shared rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Funchal Harbour and views of the New Year fireworks. Outdoor areas of the complex are monitored by video surveillance.
The apartment is close to the Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car, beaches, museums, shopping streets, cafés, bars, gardens, bus stations and supermarkets. Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car.
