House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to arrange code-based access. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres from the apartment by car. The apartment is close to the Old Town, Lavradores Market, cable car and beaches.
