The fenced country house has a few neighbours, a chlorine swimming pool measuring 4.6 × 4.6 m with a depth of 1.2 m, four sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a covered chill-out porch.
Inside, the rustic sitting-dining room has air conditioning and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave and oven. There is one shower bathroom containing a washing machine, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms have air conditioning: two have a double bed and one has a single bed. A cot, high chair, fans and electric heaters are available on request.
Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for six cars are available. Inca is approximately 3 km away, with shops and dining options around L'Angel square. The nearby Tramuntana Mountains offer hiking and cycling opportunities. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 25.5 km away.
