The comfort of this home pairs well with an assortment of amenities including a serene private pool, calming hot tub and well-designed dune deck with several benches for you and yours. The private walkway eases you down to the shore for a day of sunbathing, swimming and shell seeking. The redecorated great room and dining room face a wall of windows with panoramic ocean views.
The second floor bedrooms, foyer and media room also highlight the same view due to Felicity's high perch. The large kitchen has everything for your cooking needs, including granite counters, a commercial grade Viking range, a Sub-Zero fridge, and double dishwashers, as well as a freestanding icemaker and a wine fridge.
