Listing description
The apartment accommodates four guests plus two additional guests on the living-room chaise longue sofa. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Every room has air conditioning. The living area includes satellite television and a dining table. A crib and high chair can be provided.
The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and towels are provided.
One furnished terrace opens from the dining area and directly onto the communal areas. The second opens from the kitchen and provides a more private, shaded place for meals. The residential complex has shared lawns and benches, sun loungers, a chlorine pool measuring 20 × 9 m with a constant depth of 2 m, a children's pool section and a cold-water jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi are available from June 1 to September 30; communal pool dates may change under community regulations without prior notice. Updated information is available on arrival.
