The house has three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe, and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The living room has a fireplace and satellite TV, with an adjacent dining table for six. A baby cot and high chair are available.
The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, fans, towels, a hair dryer and a safe. Oil central heating operates from 19:00 to 07:00 and is available for an optional fee of 49€ per night.
Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1.3–2 metres deep. There are sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a terrace, barbecue, a large porch overlooking the pool and a lawn. The grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars.
