The house

The house has three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe, and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The living room has a fireplace and satellite TV, with an adjacent dining table for six. A baby cot and high chair are available.

The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, fans, towels, a hair dryer and a safe. Oil central heating operates from 19:00 to 07:00 and is available for an optional fee of 49€ per night.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1.3–2 metres deep. There are sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a terrace, barbecue, a large porch overlooking the pool and a lawn. The grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars.

Manacor is 4.8 km away and has shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Porto Cristo Beach is 10.8 km away. Nearby places to visit include Cala Petita, Cala Anguila, Cala Romántica and the Caves of Drac. Vall d'Or golf course is 23.1 km away.
