Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Optional oil central heating costs 49€ per night and operates from 19:00 to 07:00. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 400.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
