The home has an open-concept layout with contemporary furnishings, multiple sitting and dining areas, a fireplace and large windows. The island kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Heating, television, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
All four bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning. Three bedrooms each have one queen bed; the primary bedroom has one king bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 and the primary bedroom each have a full ensuite bathroom and a standard closet. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom; the primary bathroom includes a shower and tub.
Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool with a built-in hot tub, an expansive deck with outdoor dining and sitting areas, and a landscaped yard. A ping-pong table and work-from-home space are available. Pool and hot-tub use is seasonal.
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
