The main bedroom has an en-suite and private balcony; the other two bedrooms open directly onto the courtyard. The main bathroom on this floor has a shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity. An upstairs half-bathroom has a toilet and vanity.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker, microwave and an island benchtop. The lounge has a smart TV. Outdoor spaces include balconies, a courtyard, a house-connected BBQ and secure perimeter fencing.
