House rules
Maximum occupancy is six guests. Pets, gatherings and parties are not allowed; the property is for accommodation only. Leave the home clean and tidy, with dishes washed or the dishwasher loaded and running before departure. A partial end-of-stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Optional noon check-in costs $40; optional noon checkout costs $40 and is subject to availability. Request these services before your stay.
Getting there
The home spans three levels. All bedrooms are on road level, the second level above the garage. A lift is accessible from the ground-level entry. The Scenic Coastal Walkway is moments away, with easy access to East End Beach, cafés and the city centre.
