Dancing Bear spans 6,092 square feet and has four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The open living area has high windows, soaring ceilings, a fireplace and a grand piano. A spacious modern industrial-style kitchen and dining areas support meals together.
The downstairs game room has a pool table, shuffleboard and a wet bar. Outdoor spaces include grounds, multiple balconies and a private in-ground hot tub. Other facilities include an office/workspace, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a barbecue area and smart televisions. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Linens and towels are provided.
The main bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area with a smart TV and a private balcony. Its ensuite has a jetted tub, walk-in steam shower and dual vanity. Each of the three guest bedrooms has a queen bed, a small smart TV, access to the hot tub patio and a private ensuite with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a single vanity; the third and fourth have dual vanities and reading nooks. A sofa bed is available in the downstairs lounge.
