House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

Ski-out access is suitable for beginners. Dial-A-Ride is available for trips into the Village to access the slopes. A maximum of six cars is permitted. The home is for sale; showings may occur during stays, with 24 hours' notice given if possible.
