An expansive back deck offers multiple seating areas, and the yard covers over an acre. The private all-weather tennis court also has a basketball hoop and pickleball facilities. There is a private heated pool and a hot tub. Outdoor pool and attached hot-tub use is typically seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day; inquire before booking outside that period.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor and three are upstairs, including primary suites on both floors. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Some bedrooms offer direct access to the pool area.
