The six condos accommodate up to 32 guests across nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, combining three two-bedroom condos with three one-bedroom condos. Each condo has a furnished living room with a smart TV, an open-concept dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware and cooking essentials. Complimentary in-home laundry and dedicated parking are available in every unit. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters, with linens also available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Unit 101 accommodates eight guests and has a king bedroom and a full bunk bedroom. Units 102 and 103 each accommodate six guests and have a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. Units 104, 105 and 106 each accommodate four guests and have a king bedroom. Additional sleeping arrangements include sleeper sofas.
Shared community facilities include a pool, loungers, picnic tables and grilling stations. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, patios, hair dryers and travel-sized toiletries are provided. Keypad locks allow self-check-in.
All units are on the ground floor with direct step-free access and no stairs. The property is in Port Aransas's golf-cart-friendly zone, with beach and town access by golf cart. Golf cart discounts are available for all units.
