The apartment has spacious kitchen and living areas, a queen bed with wardrobe space, one bathroom and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. The living area includes a couch, TV and small dining table, with a separate designated study area. Heating and air-conditioning are available in the living room only.
The kitchen includes an oven, induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, along with dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. A washing machine, dryer and iron are available. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Other amenities include room-darkening shades, a hairdryer, toiletries, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and on-site shared facilities including an indoor communal pool, gym and courtyard BBQ area. The building has an elevator. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12, and longer stays are allowed.
