House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for resulting costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the night before and additional charges; guaranteed early access or later departure requires booking the adjacent night, subject to availability. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air-conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
Key collection is off site, 190 metres from the apartment, and is not available 24/7. Collection details are provided three days before check-in following a successful reservation. Mandatory identity verification via a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Lake Burley Griffin is a short walk away. Bus stops on Edinburgh Avenue serve neighbouring suburbs; the Alinga Street light rail stop is approximately a ten-minute walk away. Canberra Airport is approximately a ten-minute drive away.
