Cayman Sands is a 4,000-square-foot oceanfront villa with an open, one-story design. The main house has four bedroom suites with attached bathrooms. The two oceanfront suites have walkout access to the screened pool atrium or sun deck. The freshwater pool is in a screened atrium. The pool atrium has a sectional sofa and dining table. The property includes an oceanfront gazebo, two hammocks, an oceanfront vaulted great room with 30 feet of sliding glass doors, and a recently upgraded kitchen with modern appliances, dishware, cookware, and cutlery.
The living area has a wall-mounted television, couches, and a sleeper sofa for small children only. The 4-bedroom configuration includes the main house for up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. A 5-bedroom configuration includes the detached guest cottage for up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults. The guest cottage is not rented separately to unrelated guests during the stay. Small tourist weddings are welcomed. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation, and inspection protocols.
Single and tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver.
