Coastal Charm is a furnished three-bedroom home with ocean views, an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances, a spacious island with seating, an electric range, double ovens, wine cooler, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The home has central air conditioning, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, cable Smart TVs, a sound bar, a desk and chair, a private pool with lounge seating, an outdoor shower, oceanfront and balcony seating, alfresco dining, and a propane BBQ grill.
Three bedroom suites are provided. Bedroom 1 is on the lower level and has an ocean view, king bed, HD TV, pool-deck access, and an ensuite with double vanity and shower. Bedroom 2 is on the upper level and has an ocean view, king bed, HD TV, and an ensuite with shower. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level and has an ocean view, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, HD TV, and an ensuite with shower. An upper-den sleeper sofa is suitable for two children only.
A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning and sanitation. Cruiser bicycles, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for discounted rental, with a signed waiver required. Off-street parking, a washer and dryer, linens, bedding, and bath and beach towels are provided. No smoking and no pets are permitted.
