Is my card charged when I book?
Your card is authorized for the full stay total at booking and charged only after SEVA confirms the reservation in writing, usually within hours and always within 48 hours. If the reservation cannot be confirmed, the hold is released in full. A booking exists only upon written confirmation.
Why book direct instead of Airbnb?
Direct booking offers the same villa and team without Airbnb's guest service fee, with concierge assistance for planning your stay.
Is the villa serviced?
The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. Mid-stay housekeeping, private chefs, spa services and transfers can be arranged on request through the concierge.
What about a security deposit?
A refundable USD $1,500 hold is placed approximately 48 hours before check-in and released within 7 days after checkout, less deductions for damage, missing items, extra cleaning, smoking remediation or rule violations.
