The villa has air conditioning throughout, furnished living spaces, four ensuite bedrooms, and a separate powder room. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have king beds; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen sleeping arrangements.
The garden includes a heated saltwater pool, outdoor seating and dining, a BBQ, and a wood oven. A lanai or balcony is also available. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, dishes, and utensils. Household supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper towels, facial tissues, trash bags, and laundry detergent, with hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
A housekeeper, chef, and waiter are included throughout the stay. Separately arranged concierge services include private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, meet-and-greet service, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, activities, catering, yoga, in-villa massages, and additional staff.
