The house

The villa has air conditioning throughout, furnished living spaces, four ensuite bedrooms, and a separate powder room. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have king beds; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen sleeping arrangements.

The garden includes a heated saltwater pool, outdoor seating and dining, a BBQ, and a wood oven. A lanai or balcony is also available. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, dishes, and utensils. Household supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper towels, facial tissues, trash bags, and laundry detergent, with hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

A housekeeper, chef, and waiter are included throughout the stay. Separately arranged concierge services include private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, meet-and-greet service, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, activities, catering, yoga, in-villa massages, and additional staff. Wi-Fi, free parking, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, safe, television with satellite or cable, a speaker system, and hot water are available.

The marina is 0.2 miles away, Minitas Beach is 1.5 miles away, and Altos de Chavon is 2.4 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 3.4 miles away, the Tennis Center is 2.7 miles away, and the Shooting Center is 4.7 miles away. Resort registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center.
