The house accommodates up to five guests, with two first-floor bedrooms, both en-suite, and three bathrooms in total. Contemporary architecture incorporates schist-clad walls, iron railings and Portuguese paving at the house’s approaches. The ground-floor living room has large windows and balconies overlooking the Douro landscape and connects to a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Outdoor areas include a private infinity pool, outdoor dining and seating, a garden, vineyard and patio or balcony. The property has a private entrance, and the booking includes the entire house and its amenities.
Air conditioning is available throughout, alongside heating, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and a dining table. Bed linen, towels, a hair dryer, iron, hangers, TV, hot water, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided.
