House rules
All guests must complete a registration form required by Portuguese local laws, sent after reservation confirmation. Pets are permitted for an additional fee. For New Year’s Eve reservations, a deposit of € 500.00 may exceptionally be charged. The stay is self-catered: the first-day hygiene kit is complimentary, while replacements and refills cost extra. Additional keys, cleaning and bedding are available as extra services. Longer stays are allowed.
Getting there
The two en-suite bedrooms are on the first floor. The house follows the slope of vineyard terraces, with Portuguese paving at its approaches. The property has panoramic Douro River, vineyard and mountain views and is advertised as waterfront and lakefront.
