The villa has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with air conditioning, a ceramic hob and a Smart TV with satellite channels. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.
All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, and two have one double bed each. Bedroom 4 has an en suite shower bathroom. Three additional bathrooms provide bath and shower facilities. A washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, towels, cot and high chair are available.
The private chlorine pool measures 11.5 × 3.5 metres and is up to 1.4 metres deep. Outside are sun loungers, parasols, rocking hammocks, a garden, terrace and a porch for dining. The property boundary is fenced, and there are close neighbours.
