The house has a porch and a living-dining room with television and a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar connects to an equipped ceramic-hob kitchen with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. An outdoor laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds, with a separate shower bathroom on the same floor. Upstairs are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All three bedrooms have wardrobes.
The communal chlorinated pool measures 26 × 18 m and is 1–2.10 m deep. There is also an 8 m² children's pool with a depth of 0.20 m. Pool hours are 09:00–15:30 and 17:00–21:30, with a lifeguard during July and August. Communal opening dates are subject to seasonal community regulations and may change without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
Playa la Devesa is 0.450 km away. Oliva Nova has supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as hiking and cycling routes and a golf course. A supermarket and pharmacy are 0.550 km away, a bar is 0.130 km away and the Oliva bus stop is 0.140 km away. Dénia is 19.6 km away.
