Maximum occupancy is six guests. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
Getting there
The house spans three floors, and the lower double bedroom is reached after a couple of steps. The fenced orange-tree area is not available to guests. Sóller centre is a 500-metre walk away. Port de Sóller beach is 9 km away; tram and bus services connect Sóller with the port. Sóller train station is 2 km away and the Ctra. Palma-Sóller bus stop is 1 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 32 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 38 km away, and Son Espases Hospital is 23 km away.
