Listing description
The house has a living room with a Smart TV and two sofas, and a dining area opening onto an equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Air conditioning is available in the kitchen and in the second and third bedrooms. Two fans are also provided.
The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds and a wardrobe, and the third has a double bed and a wardrobe. Two full bathrooms serve the house: one has a shower and the other a bathtub. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
Outside are an 11 × 5 m chlorine pool, 1.20–2.10 m deep, an outdoor shower, a porch for barbecue meals, a terrace, garden, sun loungers, parasols and a ping-pong table. A pool fence can be installed on request. There is exterior parking for seven cars, with covered parking also available.
Cala Gran is 4.3 km away, and the beach is less than a ten-minute drive away. Cala d’Or is a few minutes away by car, with coves, restaurants, shops and leisure activities. Calonge is 150 m away, a supermarket is 100 m away and the Calonge bus stop is 80 m away.
