The garden has a private 7 × 3 m saltwater pool, 0.9–1.55 m deep, and six sun loungers. A furnished porch provides space for barbecues. There is a chicken coop on the plot; guests may use the eggs for cooking, and the owner visits daily to feed the animals.
The sitting-dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The Mallorcan-style kitchen has a gas hob, microwave and cooking equipment. A terrace laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor are a bedroom with two single beds and a shower bathroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, and another shower bathroom. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be supplied. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
