Events and smoking are prohibited. Pets weighing up to 7 kg are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Can Picafort beach is 29.7 km away; the north and south coasts are about 30 minutes away by car. Costitx and the Camí dels Horts bus stop are 1.9 km away. Sineu train station is 10.8 km away, Son Sant Joan airport is 30.5 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 37.1 km away, and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 10.8 km away. Occasional aircraft noise can be heard. The owner visits the plot daily to feed the chickens.
