The home has hardwood floors, minimalist furnishings, storage space and naturally lit guest bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, closet and fireplace, plus an ensuite bathroom with a custom glass shower and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms have two twin beds, one queen bed and one queen bed. A second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination; there is also a third full bathroom and an outdoor shower.
The open eat-in kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware and tableware. The living room has a brick fireplace. Bed linens, bath towels, heating, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer are provided.
The back patio has a grill and outdoor dining furniture. Outdoor facilities include lounge chairs, a wood-burning fire pit, bicycles, a private heated outdoor saline pool and a hot tub within a fenced area.
Bay beaches are nearby, and the restaurants and shops of East Hampton and Amagansett and ocean beaches are a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
