The home occupies a corner lot and has multiple living spaces, a wraparound deck and patios. The main-floor living room features a tongue-and-groove ceiling, exposed hardwood beams, picture windows, a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa and loveseat, and a 48-inch TV. Two gas fireplaces are located in the downstairs living area and primary bedroom.
The equipped kitchen has modern appliances and a Sonos sound system. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A private office sits off the living area. Outside, a grill and six-person dining table are available on the patio.
On the main level, the primary bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, lounge chairs and a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub. A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Downstairs, a guest bedroom has a king bed, TV and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination; an additional sleeping area has a queen sleeper sofa. The downstairs living space has a sectional, TV, gas fireplace and office nook, opening to a patio with two chairs.
Laundry facilities include a full-size washer and dryer downstairs and a stackable set in the upstairs office closet. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. A Ring doorbell camera is installed.
Summer Elkhorn amenities include pools, tennis and pickleball courts at the Village and Harker Center.
