House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests. Each guest must have an Elkhorn amenity card with ID to access the summer amenities. Pools are available during peak summer only. Winter Elkhorn amenities are optional and cost extra. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. A seven-night minimum applies from October 27, 2026 through March 31, 2028.
Getting there
River Run skiing is four miles away, accessible by car or free local shuttle. Parking consists of a one-car garage and two driveway spaces. The home has two levels.
