Is my card charged when I book?
The stay total is held at booking and charged only after SEVA confirms the reservation in writing, usually within hours and always within 48 hours. If the reservation cannot be confirmed, the hold is released in full.
Is the villa serviced?
The estate is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. Mid-stay housekeeping, private chefs, spa services and transfers can be arranged on request through the concierge.
How many guests can Caan Estate sleep?
The estate accommodates up to 30 guests across ten bedrooms, fifteen beds and thirteen bathrooms. Larger groups or events require discussion with the concierge before booking.
Are the two villas rented together?
Yes. Tu Jáal and Lanay are booked together as Caan Estate. Each five-bedroom villa has its own garden pool, rooftop pool, full kitchen and living areas.
What about a security deposit?
A refundable USD $1,500 card hold is placed approximately 48 hours before check-in and released within 7 days after checkout, less any deductions for damage, missing items, extra cleaning, smoking remediation or rule violations.
