The fenced grounds offer privacy, deckchairs and a porch with a barbecue. The private saltwater pool measures 6 × 3.20 metres and is 1.20–1.60 metres deep.
The house is arranged on one floor in a traditional style. The living-dining room has a fireplace, satellite TV and a dining table for six. A separate kitchen includes a gas stove and microwave. Each of the three bedrooms has a fan and wardrobe. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other two have twin beds, with an en-suite shower bathroom in one of them.
Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies. There is free exterior parking for four cars. Air conditioning is not available.
