The upstairs loft-style primary bedroom has a king bed, armchairs, storage and panoramic ocean views. Downstairs are a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two king-single beds. The main bathroom has two vanities, a rain shower and a freestanding bathtub, with a separate powder room. A full laundry has a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower is available for sandy feet.
An upstairs workspace offers skyline views. Split-system heating and cooling serve the living room and loft, with ceiling fans throughout.
