The house

The living area overlooks the ocean and lawn and has an oversized L-shaped sofa, a built-in bench seat and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen includes red cabinetry, SMEG appliances, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge and coffee station. There is an indoor timber dining table and a covered deck with a BBQ, lounge chairs and outdoor heaters.

The upstairs loft-style primary bedroom has a king bed, armchairs, storage and panoramic ocean views. Downstairs are a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two king-single beds. The main bathroom has two vanities, a rain shower and a freestanding bathtub, with a separate powder room. A full laundry has a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower is available for sandy feet.

An upstairs workspace offers skyline views. Split-system heating and cooling serve the living room and loft, with ceiling fans throughout. Wi-Fi, a private entrance, a hair dryer and an iron are available. Sandon Point Beach is across the street, with access to the coast and scenic walking tracks. Guests must climb stairs. There is no parking on the property; free street parking is available nearby 24/7.
