House rules

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is six. Smoking is not allowed. Additional guests and events are prohibited unless expressly approved. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during a stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees and/or a security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and arrange reasonable daytime showings.

Getting there

Not handicap accessible and not suitable for multiple families. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach.
