Is the backyard fenced?
Yes, the backyard is fully fenced.
What is the estimated floor area?
Approximately 1,400 square feet.
What is the cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a guest cancels, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, the original guest may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins.
Is damage protection provided?
In lieu of a security deposit, the property carries up to $25,000 in damage protection. Coverage details are in the booking agreement.
