The house

The approximately 1,400-square-foot home has an open living and dining layout with large windows, a furnished living area and an equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes and Nespresso and Keurig coffee facilities. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a steam room are available.

All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning and standard closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and streaming TV; the third has a double/full bed. A second full bathroom with a shower is in the hallway. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside are a fully fenced yard, mature landscaping, a patio with chairs, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. The home has a private entrance, parking and an attached garage. Indoor entertainment includes a den television, smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. There is no swimming pool.

Restaurants, shops and galleries are minutes away. Nearby beaches include Cooper's Beach, Flying Point Beach, Halsey Neck Beach, Cryder Beach and Little Plains Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
