Buganvilla is a second-floor apartment with elevator access and ducted air conditioning. The living-dining room has a television and a sofa-bed for two additional guests. The bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, and the bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available.
The separate kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, as are towels.
The terrace overlooks the communal chlorinated pool, which measures 20 × 7 m and is 1.50 m deep. An adjacent children's pool is 2 m in diameter and 0.50 m deep. Pool hours are 09:00–14:00 and 17:00–00:00. Seasonal opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change without notice; updated information is available on arrival. There is one free garage parking space.
