This renovated first-floor apartment has an open-plan living area with an L-shaped sofa, armchair, smart TV, reading lamps and a dining table seating four. The private balcony has an outdoor dining table for four, and both bedrooms have balcony access. Bedrooms include wardrobes, bedside reading lights, full-length mirrors, bed linen and bathrobes.
The fully equipped kitchen has Bosch appliances, a hob and oven, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and L’OR espresso machine, plus crockery, cutlery, cookware and preparation utensils. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Heating, portable air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are provided.
There are two bathrooms: one with a toilet and shower, and another with a toilet and bathtub. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub with shower, walk-in rainfall shower, vanity units, mirrors, towels and complimentary toiletries.
A 24-hour Tesco is across the road. Fulham Broadway station is a 12-minute walk and Parsons Green station a 20-minute walk. Chelsea and Fulham, King’s Road shopping and nearby Bishops Park offer options for exploring the area.
Access is by stairs only, with no lift. Works in the shop downstairs take place during normal working hours; noise, including occasional drilling, should be expected.
