Children and infants are welcome. No pets, indoor smoking, parties or events, including hen or stag parties. Avoid excessive noise in this residential area. Smoking evidence results in a charge for odour removal and furniture cleaning. Only guests confirmed on the booking are accepted; unconfirmed additional guests may be refused or subject to an additional charge. A security deposit of £250.00 is requested in advance. Each guest must complete a pre-check-in form and provide government identification: a passport for non-UK residents, or a UK driving licence or passport for UK nationals. Provide the expected arrival time in the online check-in form. For reservations made within 24 hours of arrival, check-in may move from 16:00 to 19:00 and is subject to availability. Leave the apartment in the same state as at check-in. Free cancellation is available up to 42 days before check-in.
Getting there
First-floor apartment with stairs-only access and no lift. Works in the shop downstairs occur during normal working hours and may cause noise, including occasional drilling. Fulham Broadway station is a 12-minute walk; Parsons Green station is a 20-minute walk.
