House rules

Maximum occupancy is six. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Additional persons and events are prohibited without express approval. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Pets require owner approval and may incur fees and/or a security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. Guests pay for cleanings during and immediately after the reservation. An upfront security deposit is required and is reimbursed pending any damage or other issues. The owner provides a lease for both parties to execute and may require renters insurance or other appropriate coverage. Reservations require approval before confirmation. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

The home is reached by a long private driveway off the main road. Bridgehampton is a short drive away. Nearby beaches include Mecox Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach and Sagg Main Beach. The home is not suitable for unrelated guests. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool, outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
