Are pets allowed?
Pets may be allowed with owner approval. Please inquire; additional fees and/or a security deposit may apply.
When is the pool available?
Outdoor pools are typically available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you intend to use the pool outside that period, inquire about availability before booking.
Who manages the stay after booking?
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
Is a security deposit required?
The owner requires an upfront security deposit, reimbursed pending any damage or other issues discovered.
