The house

Set down a long private driveway off the main road, this approximately 2,900-square-foot home has an open-plan living and dining area, a sunroom and multiple entertaining spaces. The living room has a fireplace, and the equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker and microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated work-from-home space, and a washer and dryer are available.

Two bedrooms are on the second floor: a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. A further king bedroom is on the main floor, along with an enclosed additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa. Each sleeping area has air conditioning, streaming TV and a standard closet and is advertised with a full ensuite bathroom. The home has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom; the primary suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, poolside seating, a spacious yard, a wood fire pit, a patio, a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area. Free parking is available. Bridgehampton is a short drive away, with Sagaponack and Sag Harbor also minutes away. Nearby beaches include Mecox Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach and Sagg Main Beach.
