All five bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house: two have king beds and three have queen beds. Each has air conditioning and a standard closet; Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite bathroom. A first-floor common area provides an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed and air conditioning. The bathroom layout includes two full bathrooms and a half bathroom upstairs, two full bathrooms on the first floor, and an outdoor shower.
The grounds include an expansive private yard surrounded by greenery, a private heated pool, hot tub, private tennis court, several outdoor seating areas, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, a fire pit and a patio.
