The house

The home has a light-filled, open layout with multiple entertaining areas, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and an adjacent equipped kitchen with a microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a work-from-home space, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and hot water are provided.

All five bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house: two have king beds and three have queen beds. Each has air conditioning and a standard closet; Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite bathroom. A first-floor common area provides an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed and air conditioning. The bathroom layout includes two full bathrooms and a half bathroom upstairs, two full bathrooms on the first floor, and an outdoor shower.

The grounds include an expansive private yard surrounded by greenery, a private heated pool, hot tub, private tennis court, several outdoor seating areas, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, a fire pit and a patio. Bikes and free guest parking are available. Village shops are nearby, and Bridgehampton, Sagaponack and Sag Harbor are minutes away.

Outdoor pool and attached hot-tub use is typically seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Outside this period, inquire before booking about pool, hot-tub, outdoor furniture and equipment availability. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
